Title Production Services
Reviewing all recorded documents and court related matters affecting a specific parcel of land to determine the present condition of title. Our experienced title examiners, or when warranted, our legal staff will review and analyze all materials relating to the search, and then determine the sufficiency and status of title for reporting or for issuance of a title insurance policy.

Closing and Settlement Services
Preparing calculations and documents necessary to consummate a closing, to include, but not limited to: Settlement Statement, 1099, and Sales Disclosure Affidavit. Further, the disbursing of closing funds and documents to appropriate parties in connection with the issuance of a title insurance policy.

Contract Processing and Transaction Management Services
Ordering all documents required by the Contract to Purchase to prepare the Buyer and Seller for closing, to include, but not limited to: title commitment, deed, land contract, survey, mortgage payoffs, inspections, repair quotes, repair authorization and lender real estate related requirements.

New Construction Services
Includes the initial construction loan closing, the end/permanent loan closing, construction draws/disbursements and title updates for draws/disbursements.

RES
Real Estate Services, Inc., an affiliate of Meridian Title Corporation, specializes in serving the needs of Home Equity and Second Mortgage Lenders in a simplified, timely and cost effective manner. The focus of Real Estate Services, Inc is to provide a title insurance policy or property information necessary to serve the needs of Home Equity lending, providing concise information in a brief format. The simplicity of the product will allow you to expedite your closings.

MTC Web
Your ‘Virtual Office’. The features of meridiantitle.com have been designed with the customer in mind. We offer flexibility of usage. The site for some will be a place to direct customers for maps to our office locations, or for others, the site will be utilized for placing orders. By doing so online, a history log of all orders placed will be viewable and will allow for modifications to be made to these orders while in process. Additionally some of our users will take full advantage of the ability to view all activity on a transaction being processed by Meridian Title Corporation. From Contract to Purchase to Closing, documents pertinent to the transaction will be viewable and transmittable from the web site to the customers and clients involved in the transaction. Direct email links have been installed allowing you to communicate 24/7 with our staff.

REO/Relocation Services
Meridian Title Corporation is pleased to announce the formation of our REO/Relocation Department. Let our team of REO/Relocation Specialists help facilitate your 3rd party transactions. This department provides a single point of contact for all of your Title and Escrow Closing needs in the State of Indiana and Southwest Michigan and has been designed to provide continuity and consistency in catering to your specific needs.

Commercial Services
Meridian Title Corporation through its Commercial Transaction Services Division is pleased to offer services for commercial single-site, multi-site and multi-state transactions. Some of these services include the following: coordinating 1031 exchanges, performing escrow and settlement, and reviewing title, surveys and lien waivers. The goal of our experienced title professionals is to provide comprehensive services in order to make our customers’ job easier for their commercial transactions.
