Chris began his career in the title insurance industry over 25 years ago. Before beginning his career in the title insurance industry, Chris was a senior loan officer/branch manager for a large local credit union.

Chris was awarded the 2009/2010 FWAAR (UPSTAR) Affiliate of the Year.

In her role as Account Manager, Julie is a liaison between real estate professionals and our internal staff to ensure a seamless transaction. Julie focuses on providing her clients with effective communication and attention to detail, assuring they have the best experience. 

Before joining Meridian, Julie spent seven years as a real estate broker and has 20 years of sales experience.

Molly oversees the day-to-day operations of Central Indiana escrow teams. With 14 years of experience in the title industry, Molly has worked in many roles. She started her role as Central Indiana Escrow Manager in 2018. Molly is an active member of the Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of Realtors and the Lafayette Regional Association of Realtors.

Lisa rejoined the Meridian Title Company family in October of 2015 as the Central Indiana Sales Manager for both residential and commercial departments. She started her career in Title and Escrow Sales with Meridian Title Corporation’s Elkhart location in the late 90's. In 2002 she married and moved to Phoenix, AZ where she joined Chicago Title Agency under the Fidelity National Title Group (FNTG) brand of companies until relocating back to Indiana in 2014.

Lisa's experience in the Title and Escrow Industry has provided opportunities to work with federally funded programs on the redevelopment of deteriorating areas of Phoenix, nonprofit groups in the purchase of housing to rehab for resale to 1st time home buyers and multifamily senior living communities.

Lisa’s focus is to create new business development opportunities in the different segments of real estate for Meridian Title and the Central IN Sales Team.

Christine currently serves as Commercial Account Manager for the North Central Indiana region, cultivating relationships with Meridian Title’s commercial lenders and brokers and creating new business opportunities for the company. She joined the company in 1999 as a member of the commercial settlement department, processing commercial real estate files and serving as a commercial closing agent. 

She is committed to providing her customers with the highest levels of customer service and often works closely to ensure a seamless and efficient real estate transaction and closing.

Brenna oversees brand awareness and marketing initiatives designed to support the company, and its sales efforts. Brenna has been a part of the Marketing Department since 2015. Before that, she worked on the Escrow Operations side after graduating from college. Brenna has always been committed to providing the best customer service during her time at Meridian.

Jeaniene is responsible for leading a team of experienced title, escrow, and settlement professionals who work to ensure seamless and efficient real estate transactions. Jeaniene possesses 20 years of experience in the title insurance industry, including escrow processing, settlement, and supervisory roles. Jeaniene joined Meridian Title in 1999 and again in 2008 and stepped into her position as NWI Regional Manager in 2017.

As a Senior Account Manager at Meridian Title, Cindy helps real estate brokers, builders, and lenders (both residential and commercial). 

Before joining Meridian Title, Cindy worked as a Sales Representative for a national underwriter. She also worked for a national insurance company (facilitating health insurance claims) and for a local financial institution (as a Personal Banker and Mortgage Loan Originator).

Throughout her career, Cindy has had the opportunity to learn the importance of putting her customers’ needs first. Her #1 goal is to use her extensive experience and expertise to address and solve her customers’ problems promptly and efficiently.
