Jen is our newest Account Manager in the Fort Wayne region. In her role, she works as a liaison between customers and the internal staff regarding transactions.

Before taking the position of Account Manager in Fort Wayne, Jen had been a processor and also a Consumer Account Manager in other regions. Jen uses her experience, within the back office, to help strengthen her relationships with clients and provide ongoing support during the whole transaction.

Jen’s goal has always been to provide excellent customer service along with building Meridian’s brand visibility within the different markets.
