Deca is a lifelong and dedicated Madison County resident. She and her husband Rob have two children, Lilly and Lucas. Community, connection, and service have always been at the center of her life both personally and professionally.


Deca spent more than 25 years as the Owner and President of Rowland Title Company, where she built trusted relationships and developed an extensive background in the title and real estate industry.


She completed the Leadership Academy of Madison County LAMC program in 2018 and later served as a Board Member. She is currently a board member for the Madison County Chamber of Commerce and A Town Center. Throughout her career she has also served on various boards and committees with the Indiana Land Title Association ILTA and the Madison County Division of MIBOR, where she is a two-time Affiliate of the Year award recipient. In 2016 she received the FAB Females Active in Business Award in recognition of her leadership and community impact.


Deca began her college studies in pre-med and biology at Butler University before earning her bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership from Anderson University at age 32.



In her free time Deca enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, listening to live music, practicing different styles of yoga, and supporting suicide prevention and awareness initiatives.
